Hurricane Ivan-Sept. 17, 2004

On September 17th, 2004, remnants from Hurricane Ivan struck the Washington County area causing thousands of dollars in damage. Cecil Township was hit hard, but was still lucky compared to some of the other municipalities in the area. Below are photos of the water near it's peak height.
