Maximum hall capacity upstairs is 325 people.

Rental hours for the hall are eight (8) hours maximum. Any event over eight hours will have an additional
$50/hour charge.

No individual can rent the hall for a fundraising event.

Set-up of a maximum four (4) hours the day prior to the event at a time convenient for a fire company representative.

Set-up of a maximum of four hours prior to the event on the day of the event.

Renters must furnish the fire company with complete addresses, phone numbers, etc. They must furnish the
name of the caterer or person providing the food for the event. They must provide the fire company with the name of the distributor
or person(s) providing any and all beverages for the event.

Police protection is NOT the responsibility of the fire company. A uniformed constable
is required of any renter when there will be alcoholic beverages served. It is the renter's expense to provide this service.
The fire company has the phone number of the township constable if needed.

No one under 21 years of age is to be served alcoholic beverages directly from the bar or indirectly
from others present at the event.

The bartender has the right to refuse a drink to any person who appears intoxicated.

The bar will close at 12:30 A.M.

All music must be finished be 12:30 A.M.

Because of the numerous ways of setting up the hall, the renter is responsible for the set-up. It shall
be done no more than 24 hours in advance of the event at a time convenient for the fire company representative.

Decorations may be hung from the ceiling. No tacks, staples, nails, or tape are permitted on the walls.
Tape os permitted on the tables. Decorating and set-up are to be done at the same time.

Any damages to the fire company building or property is the sole responsibility of the renter.

The fire company is NOT responsible for any damage to or theft of any personal property
during the rental.
